Damages and issues
Please make sure that you check your order immediately once you have received it. If there are any defects, damages or you receive the wrong item (ooops it can happen), get in contact straight away so that we can assess the issue and try too rectify this.
If your item is damaged or you are unhappy with your order for any reason, get in contact via the Contact Page  and we will see if it is possible to process your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
